What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: You may cancel any class or workshop for a full refund two (2) weeks/ (10) business days before the first scheduled class. Should you need to cancel anytime after those two weeks you will receive credit towards a future class.

Where is The Broadway Clubhouse located?
A: Until further notice The Broadway Clubhouse is VIRTUAL! Classes and lessons are offered on Zoom, GoogleHangouts or Skype. Starting this fall, The Dance Floor will operate out of several outdoor locations around San Diego and as soon as we are allowed to operate inside, we will open our acting and vocal workshops for in-person classes at a San Diego location TBD.

What if I have to miss a class?
A: We will miss you! Please feel free to contact Lulu to discuss what you missed so you can be up to speed for the next session. We cannot offer daily or partial refunds for missed classes.

Are your studios insured?
A: YES! The Broadway Clubhouse is a Limited Liability Corporation and has all the necessary liability insurance to make sure you are safe and protected inside The Clubhouse walls!

Do I have to audition?
A: NO! All levels are encouraged and welcomed! This is a safe space to come, play, be yourself or come out of your shell! We can't wait to meet you!

What if this is my first acting class?
A: All levels are welcome here. No experience is necessary; only an enthusiasm to play and have some fun!  We encourage anyone with an interest in theatre or a full blown passion for performance to attend!

What should I wear and bring to class?
A: Please be comfortable to move around and not be restricted or distracted by clothing. Dance students please bring proper footwear. We encourage all students to bring water. If necessary you may bring a snack but please avoid nuts or other food that could cause allergies. Should costumes be necessary for a performance day the instructor and the student will work together to find the items. Other than that, we ask you to simply bring your imagination and enthusiasm!
